Finding Your Voice

Are you one of those people who has given up?
The One who no longer speaks up for yourself?
Do you think that by staying silent, it will make things better?

In the work of SomatoEmotional Therapy (SER), the therapist listens to the body.
I listen to the wisdom that is being held inside waiting and wanting to express what was never was expressed.
SER therapy is a process of allowing and supporting your truth to be told and spoken.

In a safe and trusting environment.

Let your body talk, and find your own freedom!

The Violence Needs to Stop

The abuse goes on. The statistics for bullying in school are about 1 in 3.  Close to 10% of Women in intimitate relationships have been sexually abused.  In a Psychology Today article,  it was listed that over 38 million American women have been been victims of domestic abuse.  Nearly 700 thousand children are abused in the US annually.  The amount of violence in this country is staggering.Truly though, you can heal from violence. Yet it is up to you to make the decision to heal yourself from the cycles of violence- from others and your own internal stress. It is possible to change your life for the better.  It is possible to free yourself from the devastation  that has kept your stuck. It is possible to find the internal resources to do this.  Reaching out and asking for help makes it much easier to  find a way to feel more free in your mind, body and spirit.

If you want to stop the effects of trauma and violence in your body system, it is possible to move through and grow outside of the past.

Craniosacral Therapy with a focus on SomatoEmotional Work can help you to you rediscover your own sense of self-empowerment.  It is done with gentle hands which respect boundaries, and allows the body to re-educate itself and lower stress and tension.  The healing comes from within, deep to your own core resources.  It is there that your own deeper wisdom lies with the answers and everything of value that you are seeking.

I have worked with militry folks, children, women who have been abused, and all types of ordinary people who have lost their sense of voice and expression.

I, myself, have gone on a journey to find my own power, love and kindness for myself and to serve others.  Success in acheiving your goals to self realization really depends on how much you want to show up for Self. Because when you show up for yourself, all the pieces that feel lost and hidden away re-emerge and integrate.  You can find your voice, your self-confidence and your creative expression again.

If you are looking to move toward conscious knowing of your wholeness and strength, Craniosacral Therapy can support your process.  You deserve to find this for yourself.

For a free 10 minute phone consultation, call Sharon Hartnett CST-D.  I’d be glad to listen and we can find out if I could be of assistance to you in opening your voice and expression.
