It is so much more easy to trust the way of things and live a life of ease when we become or stay aware of our connection to the earth.  We are all Spiritual People living in physical bodies for an earth experience.  Why not enjoy it?

One way to stay grounded is to become mindful of your sense of the physical world.  Bring your awareness to your body and to the ground below and notice your internal environment and how it responds.  Do you feel present?  Are you comfortable?  Are there any pains?  Stay there for a bit and at the same time,  continue to feel the support you are receiving.   The earth easily supports your weight and shares the physical world with you. You are never separated from the earth.  It’s gravity keeps you close.  You are embraced with all other physical earth beings together in the earth consciousness.

Massage is also an excellent way to become more grounded.  Massage Therapy touch helps remind us that we are sensing beings and that the physical experience is pleasurable and kind. When we allow our bodies to relax and discard stress, we begin to feel the harmony of the planet and our inner selves.

Be Kind to the earth.  The kindess you generate that direction comes back to you infinitely.
