Being Understood with Craniosacral Therapy

Being Understood with Craniosacral Therapy

Our names are a lable that identify us. I am not usually one who likes to be labeled. But there is something so vital about being witnessed, understood an heard that feels so important to our human nature. With Craniosacral Therapy, touch is also about melding and blending while listening to a person’s Central Nervous System. When the person is met, something alive and deeper awakens. It’s that place where we long to be recognized and finally are in a very sensory way.

Human beings are meant to be touched. Craniosacral Therapy is so gentle and compassionate. One reason I switched my main focus into Craniosacral Therapy was because it brought so much more peace to my system.

I see this all the time with my clients as well. It may take one session, or maybe many depending on the life circumstances. But it is oh so helpful in helping the body to deeply relax.

Healing With Heart Energy

Healing With Heart Energy

Most of my practice is based in Craniosacral Therapy Work. I also went to the Barbara Brennan School of Healing for 8 years, and taught there, I have a strong foundation in Energy Healing, and it flows in every session.

While Craniosacral Therapy is primarily about allowing the client’s system to navigate back to health, often in energy work, facilitators will see the aura or pick up things with their clients that could be helpful and shared. Quite often when my clients ask me what I see with my eyes open, it is a beautiful green light that is enveloping us both. The longer the connection, the more the color green becomes more and more clear. Also, in my heart, there is often a deep peace. My clients feel this as well.

Anyone can learn how to work with energy. You too if you are open. We are all Energy Beings. We are all Created in Love.

Be Yourself

Be Yourself

Normal is Overrated.

We live in a world where “normal” is overrated. So much of what we learn is how to fit in with the thinking of others. Especially when we are younger, our parents, teachers and friends ask us to memorize, to repeat, to make habits that are part of the current paradigm. Somewhere in all of this though, is you- wanting to find your own way of Being. It’s a tricky tightrope act learning to walk in both worlds between the authentic you and what is expected. Ultimately though, as we mature and grow up, for those of us who weren’t given much opportunity to be heard, acknowledged or hear praise, we must learn how to discard the package we have been sold. How to do this? 1. Be curious always 2. Step outside your box and see things from a view that comes from within you. 3. bring your awareness to your own sense of self before relating to others 4. allow yourself to receive and regulate “what’s out there” at your own pace and in whatever quantity is easiest for you. 5. practice connecting with your whole self and don’t let anything get in the way! Good luck unlearning all the bullshit, and finding the real you.

Awakening through Massage and Bodywork

What if you quieted down your thinking and brought your awareness inward?

Sitting in silence Within will reveal the truth of life more easily than getting another person’s point of view.  Your spirit if alive and vibrant.  It is waiting for you to listen and wake up.

Massage and Bodywork brings your attention inward.  It enlivens the cellular memory and brings about deeper sensory integration.  When the mind body & spirit are fully engaged, you feel what it is like to be Present in the moment.

Warmly,
